Principle Architect
National University of Singapore
Ar. Jason Lee graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2009 with a specialization in the Design, Technology and Management (DTM) track. Jason is a registered Architect (Qualified Person QP) with Board of Architects (BOA) since 2013. Jason is also a Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP), a Design for Safety Professional (DfSP) and a Class 1 Interior Designer. He is also an ACLP certified trainer and a BuildTrust Assessor.
Works of Jason in his previous firms since graduation include projects of diverse scales from large institutional developments, statutory board headquarter, commercial buildings, residential developments and single-family residences to art installations. He was conferred the Young Designer of the Year in Singapore Interior Design Award 2023 (SIDA 2023) and Asian Youth Designer (Singapore) in 2024 Guangzhou Design Week. His concept for an adaptive residential apartment was also awarded Gold in the Best Residential Concept Design category in the same SIDA 2023. Jason is also part of the team responsible for the 2014 Archifest winning pavilion which won the 2015 President Design Award Design of the Year. Convinced that architecture is the one thing that is in constant relationship with mankind, he sees delights from the entire process of creation, conceptualization and masterplanning to detailing and project delivery.
To Jason architecture is about people, place, environment, climate, culture and material. Good architecture is produced with these integrated and practise is about integrating knowledge from these fields.
He is exceptionally interested in sustainable and humanistic design and architecture and has a passion for intelligent details. His dissertation and thesis focus on sustainable material and closed loop architecture.

We transforms your spatial needs into design reality. We believe in working closely with the client and the construction team to realise the dream space in a cost efficient method. We work by understanding the requirements, converting them into design, analysing and refining the design details and finally managing it into reality.
Good design does not mean using luxurious materials. Good design is understanding the needs and requirements of the space. Good design is utilising and maximising the potential of available resources to create best possible and unique spaces to fulfill the needs of people.
Design is not a luxury. Design is everywhere.

We value understanding of the needs. We will have extensive discussion with the client to dissect and prioritise the needs according to available resources. This set up the Brief.
Design will begin based on the Brief. Regular Design Review will be carried out with the client to generate feedback. 2D / 3D / VR information will be utilized to assist in the visualisation.
Detailed Design is carried out together with Cost analysis (with assistance of associate consultants or by early involvement of contractor) to ensure good design outcome and budget allocation.
Full Tender process will be carried out to ensure the best interest of the client. Standard form of contract (from Singapore Institute of Architects) is recommended.
We also recommended full Project Management and Contract Administration in accordance to the standard form of contract for the benefit of all contracting parties.
We believe with the right processes, the best design outcome is achievable and realizable.
