The Korean restaurant at Woods Square reimagined the space with a harmonious blend of green, white, and timber, creating a modern yet culturally rich dining environment. The design features three main walls and a redesigned service counter, each contributing to a cohesive and visually engaging aesthetic.
One wall stands out with a geometric grid pattern formed by timber strips, dividing the surface into squares of varying sizes filled with laminated finishes in white, green, and natural timber tones. This textured and colorful design adds depth and warmth while reflecting a balance between contemporary style and traditional Korean elements. The opposite wall is adorned with curated posters inspired by Korean street life, such as food markets, vintage advertisements, and cultural icons, bringing a vibrant, immersive ambiance reminiscent of Korea's bustling streets.
The service counter complements these walls with green laminated timber panels segmented by timber strips, echoing the grid design and reinforcing a consistent visual language throughout the space. Together, these elements blend modern minimalism with cultural authenticity, transforming the restaurant into a welcoming and immersive dining destination that celebrates the essence of Korean culture.
The outlet is reimagined.
